Mena does some still train some. She mainly helps train gymnasts, since she was a nationally recognized athlete and didn't go back into gymnastics once she had her kid. She had to cut the amount of time dedicated to training down once she became an assistant teacher, but for a while she did a lot of training to lose what was left of her baby weight with the help of Natasha Kirohov.
Mena has a bad habit of being careless with her phone. While it's not broken, she drops it often and throws it and it often gets covered in stuff like glitter and paint and flour. She lets Kieran and Trenton play with it often and it is common for it to be covered in something.
Mena is a very good driver, seeing as she started to learn how to drive very young. She was 11 when she first slid into the driver's seat and took her dad's truck out for a spin in an open parking lot. She could drive a tractor before she could drive a truck. With help from her father, she learned how to work the tractor so work could still get done if her father was sick for a day.
Mena does, however drive a little fast and she is an impatient driver. She never goes too fast over the speed limit and has never gotten a ticket, but she goes a little fast.
Mena's first car was a truck she bought. It was a piece of crap until she worked on it and fixed it, though once Kieran was born, her father chipped in to help her buy a much safer car.
