made me reminisce a lot on the people i met this year, on how the bonds were created, tightened, and loosened. it really is a story about moving forward; it portrays different type of people handling things on how they can move on from the past.
is saying sorry and asking for forgiveness a selfish act? can we really let go of the things that define us, that built us along the way? can you really just throw anything away just because it doesn't spark joy anymore? how can we make amends with the relations we've severed in the past without being selfish? do we really need to just bear the brunt of guilt? what is really the goal of reconciliation? is it to acknowledge and overcome the suffering on both parties?
forgiveness and reconciliation really is not a one way path, it doesn't have any rules and whatnot, it's a case to case basis.
