It’s a spark.

It’s 1am but I was rewatching the boys and I had this thought.

Okay first of all, to everyone who hasn’t seen the boys, consider yourself lucky that these gifs are completely out of context for you. Trust me, you don’t want to know the story behind it. Anyway:

Loki and Mobius sharing their first intimate moment would 100% go like this. Loki is probably so touch starved and the second Mobius’ hand makes contact with his cheek, he almost instinctively leans into it. It’s been so long since he’s had nice physical contact with someone, let alone someone who he trusts.

HE’D GIVE THE BEST HUGS

They’d be the kind of hugs that make you feel all warm and safe.

The first time they hug, Loki would hate it, he’d try and wiggle free but Mobius won’t let him. I imagine him to be a really huggy kind of person. Probably goes around hugging everyone and you can’t tell me otherwise.

After that, Loki constantly wants hugs, of course that’s not a problem for Mobius. It’s a win win situation really.

Nerds- 7/10

Mad that Mobius gave him something sour again. The only reason they rank so high is because they’re great for throwing at people. Legend says, to this day, Mobius still finds nerds in his pockets

Pop rocks- 10/10

Thought he was going to explode at first. Made Mobius have some so that if they were to die, they’d die together.

Loki was completely fascinated when he miraculously survived and pop rocks became his new favourite thing. Although after a while, the TVA had to ban him from consuming them as the nose became extremely irritating for anyone who was within 10 feet of him.

Pop tarts- 8/10

Surprisingly nice for something so simple. Sends Mobius on a mission to pick up two of every flavour he could get his hands on.

“Loki, why do you need two of each flavour?”

“For a friend.” 😌⚡️

Twinkies- 5/10

Adequate. Not too impressed but would prefer them to a boring Mobius salad.

Airheads- 6/10

Too much effort. So much chewing. Very fond of the blue raspberry flavour though.

Reeses peanut butter cups- 20/10

Peanuts?? In a paste?? You can’t tell me Loki wouldn’t absolutely adore peanut butter

Swedish fish- 4/10

Doesn’t taste like fish. Disappointing. (Definitely gives one to Casey.)

War heads- 0/10

Mobius laughed at his reaction and now has a bruise on his forehead from where Loki threw one at him.

Jelly beans- 7.5/10

So many flavours?? Loves the liquorice and the root beer flavour the most. Definitely prefers the fruity ones.

Sour patch kids- 6/10

They are literally the mcu dads (along with Tony) Could you imagine the sheer amount of dad jokes they’d come up with between the two of them?

Haha it was a bit of both tbh.

Seeing as I wrote this at nearly 3am, I’ll allow this post to get a bit personal.

The way Mobius is so calm and patient with Loki (as you can see here)

is something I’ve longed for my entire life. To put it simply, I just want someone to listen. I know I’m not the only one, but there are a lot of Loki’s characteristics that either remind me of myself, or I can just simply resonate with. So the relationship between Loki and Mobius just makes it that much more personal to me.

Loki is definitely one of the most misunderstood characters in the MCU. He’s painted as this horrible villain, but really he’s just doing what he has to.

I went through school labelled as a ‘troublemaker’, ‘defiant’, ‘someone who didn’t care about their education’. When in reality I was just a teen trying to do what everyone else was; I just didn’t understand and didn’t know how to communicate that to others.

Halfway through school, I was diagnosed with ASD but that was it. I received no help, no therapy, no information on what ASD even was.

Now here I am, an adult not knowing a lot of major life skills due to no one willing to sit and teach me. (Again, communicating my feelings is such a hard thing for me and it just comes out as frustration and anger. I’m surprised so many people have managed to put up with me.)

I get dismissed by my parents a lot too. I’m not sure how it works in other countries but over here, once you’ve been diagnosed you get this thing called a statement. (Kind of like proof of diagnosis and basically makes people with disabilities’ life a bit easier. I think that’s correct lmao I don’t have one so I’m not entirely sure) anyway, I never got a statement as my parents said it was pointless. As a kid, I didn’t really get a say in it. They don’t quite understand how much it actually affects my daily life and I can’t communicate that to them because 1: they’ll shrug it off, and 2: I’d be there for hours trying to make it make sense to them.

But anyway it just brings me so much comfort that Mobius WOULD 100% be someone who would sit there throughout the frustration, not trying to rush me, like he does with Loki.

This is already a long post so I’m not going to go into the rest of the reasons, but this is the main reason. (Coulson is exactly the same, he’s the no 1 dad)
