*Nate laughed and leant down* “i mean if im like this you could~”

They flinched as he leaned down. They started fiddling around with the lock on their handcuff. “Wh-what are you saying…? I-I can’t just kiss you I-I uh don’t know you, wouldn’t that be wr-wrong…?”

“well we could always get to know one another before then....or after then~”

Franklin turned to the stranger speaking to him. “Oh! Wh-why thank you sir! Y-you’re looking r-rather nice yourself as well!”

“I thank you as well *Nate bows like he usually would* might as well introduce myself, name Nate”

Franklin bows in return, hand held behind his back. “V-very nice to m-meet you! F-Franklin Ivers, at your service. S-so, are you enjoying the p-party?”

“pleasure to meet ya Franklin…and yeah i kinda am its a fun time”

“W-wonderful! It s-seems that the festivities have been a rousing success so f-far!”

“Indeed they have, the hosts really deserve credit for making it such a fun a splendid evening”

*Nate laughed and leant down* “i mean if im like this you could~”

Franklin turned to the stranger speaking to him. “Oh! Wh-why thank you sir! Y-you’re looking r-rather nice yourself as well!”

“I thank you as well *Nate bows like he usually would* might as well introduce myself, name Nate”

Franklin bows in return, hand held behind his back. “V-very nice to m-meet you! F-Franklin Ivers, at your service. S-so, are you enjoying the p-party?”

“pleasure to meet ya Franklin...and yeah i kinda am its a fun time”

“stories are true, i hunt them down and take it back”

Asalie shuddered a bit. “That’s um… scary… But um, you seem to be a good person. So um… if someone took it by accident would you give them a warning? And um, where does it go? Or is that bad for me to ask? I um, just never thought I’d meet a phanto!”

“its fine to ask….not something im gonna tell but its fine to ask. As for accidents well i lost control once over an accident but they tend to get resolved quickly”

At this point, they were standing on their tiptoes and holding theirself stable by leaning on him. Their ears faced him and everything. Seems like curiosity overtook their fear. “That all makes sense… well, as long as I’m on your side things should be fine for me, right? Though I did handcuff you…”

“you did....you though your also leaning up and into me like your about to try and kiss me~”

“Good man!” he pulled him close into himself with a thick arm around his shoulder. “A game of fear, my boy.” he patted his chest as he turned him to face the coffin

“fear, your gonna find im rather lacking in that front?”

*The first two made  him flinch but the last one made him pause and just stare off into nothing if it wasnt for wart dragging him along he would have just stood there. When he broke from his trance a single tear slid down his face* “i said i was lacking….i never said i didnt have any fears……though how do you know all those things exactly?”

He wiped the tear with that same wicked smirk, “I am the master of nightmares and the mind. I know many things~” he released him finally and chuckled a bit, “Or you can simply enjoy my company a bit more~ Lucian’s too,” she looked up at him with a slight smile now. She saw the pain and put a tiny, icy hand onto his leg.

“i think, i will try the coffin first then spend more time with you. Whats a party if i dont atleast try one of the games i suppose” *he felt the tiny hand on him and looked down at Lucian, he wasnt quiet sure if she was trying to comfort or if she was enjoying his fear*

*he laughed at that and reached into an inside coat pocket with his none cuffed hand pulling out a small rustic looking key* “Keep it on me at all times”

“i imagine just being me annoys her *He scrunched his nose and grumbled swatting the hand away lightly* plus why aint i allowed Lucian?”

“huh…i thought he did already, but i could be wrong, but even sitll if it upsets you little lucian i can stop”

She gave another hiss, “There’s your answer chief~” Wart gave a finger gun and winked. “Seriously though, care to try the game?”

*the little hiss and warts finger gun gave nate a laugh but then he raised a brow* “eeeeh sure why not, hit me with the rules boss”

“oh no no its fine, im a phanto, a being of the undead variety”

She let out a surprised chirp and spun around excitedly, once out of harm’s way, her tail began to wag, “Nate! It’s so good to see you! Looking handsome even in costume~ Not that I’d expect any different from you~”

“hehe could say the same about you in costume, how ya enjoying the party by the way~?” *he questioned*

Pomme giggled and did a twirl for him, “Why thank you~ And I’m enjoying the party quite a bit! It’s such a lovely evening out! Perfect for a Halloween party~ How about you hmm?”

*Nate watched and clapped watching her twirl* “im enjoying myself, talking to alot of new and old people. alot of cute people like you~”

She giggled and swatted his arm playfully, “Oh you flatterer you~ But I agree~ I love meeting new people at these things!”

“flatterer guilty as charged~ *he waved his hand down and smiled* and same, so many lovely new people”

“i imagine just being me annoys her *He scrunched his nose and grumbled swatting the hand away lightly* plus why aint i allowed Lucian?”

“huh...i thought he did already, but i could be wrong, but even sitll if it upsets you little lucian i can stop”

“True but atleassst no one hasss gotten mad about it. You don’t have to ssstick around me if it boresss you.”
