“So, now that the introduction is out of the way, let’s get to the business. What makes a system secure? You can all say that it is firewalls, encryption, honeypots and even software. But I am here to say that those won’t make the system secure enough... It will make it secure but it won’t make it completely secure. EVEN IF YOU ENCRYPT THE INFORMATION WITH AES 256, it can still be figured out. You are probably wondering what makes a system secure then? The answer... PEOPLE! The #1 fault in computer systems today, aren’t the computers, but people. People will accidentally slip up and give info to an intruder without realizing it. This gives the intruder leverage. So, I am here to announce that DEOCE will release a new package called the ‘people integration to security’ or PITS. This package will teach the people who hire us, how to keep information secure and how not to slip info out by mistake, as well as a full penetration test to the system. So, that sounds nice right? A full course on social engineering prevention and a full penetration test? that is great right...”

hello, this is “spectator” here. You like that speech John made right? Well, let’s see what he does after his panel finishes and when he walks out of the building after the conference. I think I should mention this too, HiCON is Hackers’ international conference for Cyber Security. But anyways let’s continue

John, who had just finished packing up after his panel, walks out the back door into a pretty dark alley.  He had wished their would be people wanting his autograph, since there were so many people watching his panel, but there was no one except one man. This man was a skinny middle aged man covered in his own facial fur, he stood underneath a twitching alley light. “If you aren’t a staff member or fan, please exit this alley.” John says nervously.

“It’s been a long time John” grumbles the man underneath the light in the alley. “Have you really forgotten the face of the man that you ruined. Has our petty squabble really been forgotten? Have you forgotten to repent? You killed me, did you forget that too? Did you really forget my last word to you...”

John’s face froze with horror. “You can’t be real? You are dead! I killed you myself! THERE IS NO SUCH THINGS AS GHOSTS!!”

The man points at him and shouts “’YOU SHALL DIE AT THE AGE OF 50, IF YOU DO NOT REPENT!’ THIS IS WHAT I SAID TO YOU AS MY LAST WORDS! THE TIME SPOKEN IS NOW! HAVE YOU REPENTED OR HAVE YOU FORGOTTEN!?” by the end of the man’s statement John had dropped to his knees shrieking in pain. His brain felt like exploding, the pain was unbearable.

Me and a friend set up a website to host coding competitions, if you are interested in it go to this ip address. We would have a domain name for it but we can’t pay for a domain name for it yet, so for right now it is just an IP and port! The site is called weekly coding competitions or WCC
