This belly is truly just a ball of life ending lard ready to blow organs clearly swelling and drowning in lard struggle to function. These gains won't stop until her heart does

Pig is just getting fatter and unhealthier by the day this belly is getting so huge and unhealthy just rounding out with pure deadly lard I genuinely want the worst for her body and health I can't wait for her health to completely tank and that body fail from all this fat
