I decided to draw her after watching TVL's finale because they apparently decided to opt her out of the story in many ways... so!! Even though I don't like her much as a character I decided to pay homage to her and to her role as a dark goddess archetype. I took inspiration from Kirikù et la sorcière Karaba, from the goddess Kali and a bit of Medusa too.

Finally posting my piece for The Heritage Zine!!! I finally got to draw two of my favourite characters in the series: Maharet and Jesse!!

I took inspiration from Klimt, visually, and from the fanfic "A slow confusion" on Ao3 by @fungilicious and @platoapproved (it's so so great, it expands on their dynamic from the books and makes it even creepier).
