hi! I wanted to bring people's attention to an indie game about vampires, called Elegy. the creator has updated the game into a 4th edition beta, and was interested in feedback.

Elegy started as a hack of Ironsworn, and has similar base mechanics that allow it to be easily played with a GM, in a cooperative GMless style, or solo. It's also influenced by Vampire the Requiem, Vampire the Masquerade: Bloodlines, and other vampire stories. You play as a young vampire in the big city, trying to survive, discover more about the supernatural world around you, and maintain some connection with humanity.

It uses a simple 2d10 + stat dice system to determine outcomes. You can also develop "Edges", which are specific mundane or supernatural abilities that provide little bonuses or create different roll outcomes. These Edges include things like occult flesh crafting or necromancy, vampiric magnetism or shapeshifting, being a skilled fighter or investigator, and the bonds from relationships. This allows for a lot of customization of characters, while still focusing on the narrative.
