Saiyuki: Halloween Hakkai - The Monster

It’s that time of the year where spooks, goblins and all things scary supposedly come out….or, you just dress up and cosplay for fun! Happy Halloween all! The Saiyuki boys have also gotten into the spirit.

First in line, Hakkai is dressed as THE MONSTER inspired more by Hollywood’s Franken-monster instead of the correctly named “the Monster” from Mary Shelley’s “Frankenstein” titular character that made it in the first place! Okay, now that we got that sorted, I feel like Hakkai went to the local thrift shop and got the most used of everything he could possibly find….or just took a few patches of old rages and sewed it onto the jacket and pants. Well, it is Hakkai after all: he has many skills. Simple is best, but the sensei made it work quite well!
