I sit here in the abyss of mind and soul looking at every rusty and corroded nail and screw in place

To understand the nasty bitter taste of self hate

Coming to understand the core of what’s on my plate

Is rotten goods and rotten faces saying they care and love until there in my face

Telling me that I am destroying myself in everyway but they don’t understand the pain that I have to ease away

Day to day

I’m trying to let go of hate

But if hate came from love and if love resides where the heart stays

The feeling of being alone

Such a human feeling and such a mundane experience

I have felt it in rooms filled with kindred souls

I have felt it in rooms where there were nothing ,but 4 walls to keep me company.

I have felt it laying next to the love of my life

Why does this feeling haunt me so much in this life
