This blog rises from the dead with some refs I’ve been playing with on and off... haven’t had much energy at All for drawing aside from a few bouts of inspiration here and there, so, just mostly working with OC stuff. Shrug.

(Also tumblr still loves to crunch things, it looks way better viewed full-size ^.^)

Finally have more shots from the Lubitel... it’s all mostly a little soft and yucky as I work with the less-than-ideal focusing, but pics are pics and I continue to shoot these little spaces I see

Practicing with my new Lubitel since I have to finally part ways with the Mamiya in approx. one week... it’s a smaller and much simpler camera but I’m liking the images I’m getting from it so far!

For a while, looking through a lot of my drawings, I’ve been really aware of how I need to be more specific with differentiating between body types, not just height, so! Working on some nice new refs for my characters with more attention to that.

Took the summer Color course so my workload will be a little lighter for my last year at my current school, and I finished my color wheel today!

Been going through files from this past school year, might try to do some organizing soon. I can look through old work for now at least.

My final photos from Intermediate Photography last month! We each had a sentence or phrase; mine was “I was briefly amused by the impossibility of this.” I interpreted it as wanting to do a series on things I’ve captured that often amaze me that I get to experience/know them.
