Jay says he's been in the unit 10 years, I'm just going to assume that the unit has been around a little bit longer than the show, or he rounded up a little.

2022- ~10 years in intelligence unit.

At least 2 years in the army, I forgot I he ever mentioned how long he served.

She was supposed to be 12 originally in 2003, but now she was 10?

In Season 7 with that episode with the corrupt cops didn't she say she went to the academy with the guy 11 years ago? But she's been a cop for 10 years now?

Because as it is now she has been de-aged roughly 2 years. Been with the intelligence unit ~6 years had to be a cop ~4 years beforehand. But she also went to college at University of Chicago.

But math-wise unless she started college early she would have to have gone to college for about a year only. And she would only be 29ish? Parentheses is her original age before the most recent retcon.

2011-2012-became a cop 19?(20-21)

2017- joined intelligence 24? (26)

2019- 11 years ago was at the academy 15? (17-18) I think this was a big error on the ptb part.

2022- 10 years a cop 29? (31-32)
