like you fully know what you’re doing is fvcked up. you know in the long run it’s gonna be worse. you know that when u reach ur UGW you will want to go lower and you know that you can never ever eat normally and maintain again.

you know that everything you’re doing is delusional and you’re either going to d13 or recover and gain the weight back. you know this is life or death yet we do it anyways.

We all know about (or at least some of us older tumblr users) coaches and the creepiness of them, and as heartbreaking as it is there are younger users on here

I'm sure some of yous, like me remember the creepy older men and women trying to make our lives even more difficult as painting themselves as coaches, so was hoping you's would help keep an eye out and spread the word on this account x

We're all using this for the same reason, the least we could do is keep the younger ones and each other as safe as possible

(I always give people the benefit of the doubt but some of yall are plain weird)
