This is Pepper's way of saying "I need attention." It all started when we (understandably) couldn't resist giving her belly rubs whenever she laid on her back. And then somewhere down the road, this clever little gal figured out that she'd instantly get attention if she flopped on her back. Now if you ignore her after a few seconds of her laying belly-up, she very quickly rolls back over, clearly pissed that we didn't acquiesce to her request. She's high-maintenance.

"Please may we have some popcorn?"

Long weekends are for napping.

This is Scooter. He's 1 year and 1 month old and STILL looks like a baby. He's a total rascal, but with that face he easily gets away with anything.

My mom sent me this photo earlier and I feel like it's pretty indicative of each corg's personality. Pepper's on guard, ready to spring into action at any moment. Sammy's on guard, ready to bark at any moment but would prefer to remain safely behind the screen door. And Scooter's completely oblivious to everything.

We're heading up to the mountains today for a few days of skiing (wahoo!), so Pepper is staying with her favorite BFFs--Scooter and Sammy. My parents just moved (in a rental for a few months while the new house gets built), so unfortunately for Pepper, there's no pool for her to jump in. My parents, on the other hand, are thrilled that they won't have to constantly keep her from taking a dip lol.

Just got home from the dog park where Pepper made a new corgi friend!

Michael is doing work out on the patio and Pepper is very irked that he didn't allow her to supervise.
