Never forget, never forgive.
Today, 15 years ago, Norway lost 77 beautiful souls. They were murdered by a white right-wing extremist (who does not deserve to be named) in a terrorist attack. The Norwegian terrorist hated so much that he alone took the lives of these pure souls for a reason we still donβt understand.
The attacks on 22nd of July, 2011, is today known as the worst terrorist attack on Norwegian soil (after WWll) caused by one of our own people. That man planted a bomb in the heart of Oslo, and later shot up a youth camp on the small island of UtΓΈya. Itβs one of the most morbid and evil things a human has ever done, and even after all these years, people still suffer and mourn because of that manβs actions.
He could not accept that other people live in this world, this country, that are not to his own views and beliefs. But, we are all human, it does not matter what we believe and what we are - we all come from the same earth. We need to continue on fighting against the hatred that is in this world; through our actions, our words and our beliefs. We must show love, because that is the strongest weapon we have. We must never forgive, never forget and never be silent.
Β«Om Γ©n mann kan vise sΓ₯ mye hat, tenk hvor mye kjΓ¦rlighet vi alle kan vise sammen.Β»
"If one man can show so much hate, imagine how much love we can all show together."
