Most of my account is dedicated to my original story, currently untitled.

it's a horror-folk-scifi mix that covers topics such as religious abuse, child-neglect, bullying/isolation, and friendship. Fun!

The story begins in a small town summer camp and it all goes down hill from there.

The characters are very important to me and close to my heart, even though their all a bit messed up. Some more than others.

Charlie is meant to have an intense form of ocd or scrupulosity. He’s very preoccupied with with more distasteful aspects of the towns religious system… though he feigns disinterest most of the time and secretly hopes it’s all made up.

I also wanted to capture the way high control religious environments can really stunt ur emotional and social development

Which is why he can come off sort of awkward or even asocial

I think if he grew up in a more standard environment he would be way less Like That.

Additionally, Brooke really doesn’t like in when Bailey tries to suck up to her, finds the inauthenticity draining… but that’s sort of baileys default setting, so it’s a hard habit to break.

Parker is learning new things every day 😆
