SOMEWHERE IN THE WORLD – or perhaps nowhere in the world – sunlight and stars hide a fantastical land older than time itself named the Court. Ancient immortals and young humans populate the Court, bringing the old and the new together in ways not seen anywhere else in the world. 

Thousand-year-old buildings abut brand new cyber cafes, while electricity powers charms and magic powers computers. Its stability is maintained through ceremonies performed four times a year by the four High Queens – powerful fairies with control over the seasons and magic.

Forty years ago, however the High Queen of Winter was ruthlessly slaughtered, and time is running out to find her successor. In just a few years, the Court’s power will wane, chaos will descend, and magic will be lost for good.
