if i wanted to play black desert solely for the horses how bad of a time would i have.. your mounts are Beautiful and i’m intrigued by the game but dont have room for a massive time sink right now :0

you can begin engaging with life skills (of which horse training is part of) early on into the game. maybe like after an hour of prerequisite story/tutorial?

unfortunately tho, the game is the definition of a time sink. you won't be able to get the Super Cool water, flying and fire horse for some time because they're currently the highest tier of mounts. (the game is a marathon, not a 300m sprint)

that said, the horse capturing, breeding and training mechanics are pretty good as far as it being like 1% of a whole game not solely about horses goes. it goes on sale pretty frequently and i highly suggest playing on PC if you're able.
