I’m so sad that we have gotten minimal g/t scenes this season 😭 Just one more episode left, so we have to pray for more. I feel like there might be a chance that Greg isn’t a good guy, and he’ll hurt Emma so mayyybeee that equals tiny Emma and if we’re lucky- Sam comforts tiny Emma ☺️

Also forgive me if asked before but how did you get into G/t? I was into SW (shrinking women) but it seems the term G/t fits better to be non gender. I dunno, new world for me with these terms and the gender spectrum.

Omgg, you just enlightened me. I had never heard of “Miniature wife”, I’ve been digging now but there isn’t a lot of information surrounding when the series will air. But I see it’s based off of a short story. I’m so so excited to see it, sounds like a G/T gold mine. AND it’s mainstream.

As of Gen V season two, my thoughts and hopes are of course more G/T. I honestly have no idea what to expect with season two, especially since there was some rewriting. Still so exited tho.

And lastly how I got into G/T. I think it’s something I’ve always enjoyed, even before I knew about the term, or that there were a whole community built around it. For me I’m only into M/f, like male giant or tiny female, and that’s what I’ve liked forever. I remember as a child I always loved like episodes in shows where characters would shrink, like there was one episode in Sabrina the teenage witch, and there was one in Wizards of waverly place. I also loved movies like Arthur and the invisibles, Epic, Peter Pan (being team tinkerbell) and the tinkerbell movies. I discovered the G/T community through Wattpad when I was around 11, then I also found the borrowers (movies and series) when I was like 13. I enjoyed those better than the fics. I love reading G/T, but for me, nothing compares to seeing it visually in a movie or show. It’s partially why I post clips on here, because I so wish someone was doing it when I was new. I also post because it’s a way for me to have it all gathered in one place, so why not share all my favorite clips with the rest of the community.

Gen V rant

Omgg, happy you noticed anon, It is probably the best main stream G/T I’ve seen. They did it so incredibly well, I’m convinced someone from the community was in the production crew. Like omg, when Sam and Emma met for the first time. We got like a full 5+ minutes of G/T. Usually in shows and movies with a size shifter they try to have as little scenes with that person small because of production costs. Gen V thankfully already had a good budget because of the Boys 🙏

In the end of the series we discover that Emma can size shift depending on her emotions, which opens up the door for her to be working on her abilities next season, maybe some angst 🤭 I really do hope they explore it even more in season 2.

And as much as I want Sam and Emma to get together again next season, I wouldn’t complain if a new love interest is introduced. Especially if it means new G/T dynamics, like if she opens up about what happened with her and Sam, and we get some fluff/comfort. Looove.

I think Emma is going to get more confident in her abilities, and I think (hope) in order to get to a point where she can freely use her abilities without feeling terrible she has to dig deep and face her insecurities.
