Just please be nice and give credit to the original modders (aka SamD). I’m only responsible for throwing them together, replacing the pants of Sam’s original texture mod file to rid the ugly belt (this is a personal pref. I didn’t like it) and for the ScruffB mod included in the download.

Oh, my Dante’s Downfall mod(s). Sure! First of all, here’s the mod itself –> X. And you’ll need this mod as well to remove the smoke –> X.

Make sure to backup your original file before you do anything! And because it’s my birthday I can be lazy if I want lol, I’m copy/pasting from my instructions that’s included in the mod itself:

Locate your My Games Folder. Which should be located (as it is on my computer): Documents/My Games/UnrealEngine3/DevilGame/Config/There you should see the file named DevilGame. Move the original to a safe place… like on your desktop for easy finds and move the modded DevilGame in it’s place. Boot up your game. Either normally or with Texmod if you plan on using a skin/texture mod related to whatever model swap you have picked. Go into the DLC, select Corrupted Vergil (Standard), start game. You should have whichever Dante you wanted. I can not fix any clippings nor the bug issue with the summoning swords, demonic pulls, etc. The best advice I can give is switch between Corrupted Vergil (Standard) and Weak Vergil. Or alternatively, button mash until the swords work. Sometimes I can get them to work if I face the opposite direction and by hitting both Angelic and Demonic pull.
