As long as you know your intentions are pure, never stress yourself about anything or anyone. You have to trust that you will always end up being where you’re meant to be and that it’s never your loss respectfully.

Your soul knows when something is real, authentic and true. No matter what anyone try’s to tell you, the truth will always feel different. Your heart knows when something resonates. Trust your intuition.

Feeling everything so deeply is exhausting,  but the more I think about it, the more thankful  I am for this quality of sensitivity. It protects me. It serves as a wellspring of creativity. It enhances my intuition and allows me to appreciate beauty  in the smallest nuances. It makes me want to  listen, understand, and empathize with others.  I get to engage with life, love, and connection  in the most profound way. And while it has  its challenges, being sensitive is a gift  that I will never shame myself for.

I feel like I’m constantly worrying about the next part of my life without realizing that I’m right in the middle of what I used to look forward to

normalize admitting that you care. being nonchalant all the time is overrated.
