So because I've taken an unintentional break from writing the past eight several months, I started re-reading my fic from the beginning and going through each chapter to edit all the typos and grammatical errors. I haven't made any structural changes, just cleaned up some of the writing and dialogue. I know some of you have the fic downloaded, so I figured I'd let you know there's a slightly better version to download now.

Chapter 22 has the most changes. When I initially wrote it, I think I got hung up on trying to rush through their first smut scene, and it didn't help that the chapter was really long. I wasn't super proud of it at the time, so I'm glad I went back through it this week and fixed the parts that bothered me. Everything still happens the same way, but I added some dialogue and improved the flow.

I know I've been pretty absent the past few months. Life's been busy and kind of difficult, and I've had much less time and mental energy to write or draw, which sucks, but I wanted to pop in and let you guys know I'm still working on the fics. Just...very slowly lol.

Thank you! <3 Neither of them are the Thrall in the traditional sense, but in terms of power dynamic, it's definitely Dib. Zim's not only the food source, but also the one who mutated Dib with Irken DNA when Dib drank Zim's blood, so Dib's squishy vampire boi brain is very focused on keeping his food/master content lol. It's a weird situation that's perfectly suited for these freaks.

I just realized how clean dibs face is in that latest drawing and I'm like .... When did he wipe off the vortian blood???

The drawing is of a later scene - after they get back in the Voot and leave Corix, they fight and yell at each other some more until they're both exhausted. Dib's cleaned himself up a bit by then. I'll definitely add more grime and scuff marks to the boys in the final draft of the pic though!
