hi, i or… we, i guess. really need advice.

it feels as if since we were kids, we were plural. we grew up in a isolated, lonely environment and thus i needed people to help me learn how to take care of myself and also to keep me company. i only fully realized my system was different from myself in ~2021, and identified as plural for about 4 years. that was, until i moved and thought i “needed” to be a singlet to interact with people “normally”.

tldr; i pushed my entire system away and now im trying to listen to them again. how do i push past the fear of ridicule so i can be with my headmate friends and family again?
