I also mentioned to Constance that I have always respected her work playing strong, complex female characters — from ruthless reality producer Quinn King on UnREAL, which earned her a 2016 Emmy nomination, to cutthroat studio executive Dana Gordon on HBO's Entourage, to fierce prosecutor Dana Berg on Netflix's The Lincoln Lawyer.

A pleasure seeing Christie Brinkley at a TV Academy FYC event for the powerful 2-part HBO Original documentary Billy Joel: And So It Goes, streaming on HBO Max.

Christie was warm, gracious, and deeply engaging, leading a conversation with Susan Lacy and Jessica Levin, both directors and producers of the film. Their work brings tremendous depth and emotional richness to a compelling, beautifully crafted documentary.

It was great to see Susan Lucci. I’ve had the pleasure of booking and interviewing her several times over the years. She is truly one of the kindest and most gracious people in the entertainment industry.
