I do have a fantasy or should I say curiosity that I’d love to discover with you, Doctor.

I wonder know if you can put an inflatable balloon inside me and make me look pregnant and feel full? I know it’s hypothetical but I wanted to read what scenario you’d answer me with.

I really wanna know if this procedure makes me constantly stimulated like real pregnancy?

And how would you treat me during the after procedure visits?

Medical things as a whole really is more common of a fetish in the grand scheme of things, think about why sexy doctors and nurses are a go-to Halloween costume? The inherent power at play in medical settings makes even those on the more vanilla side of things squirm. Gloves specifically? That’s the best part! They allow a false sense of professional distance despite the Doctor’s fingers being buried deep inside you. The gloves say this is purely medical necessity, but the violation feels all the same to the patient. Gloves allow me the freedom to touch you in ways that would be deemed highly inappropriate in any other circumstance. With the right pair of gloves and professional detachment any violating way I may touch you becomes acceptable, dreaded but needed.

Now, onto your curiosity. You’ve posed quite the interesting question. I’d imaging the inflation would need to be done gradually to ensure we don’t tear any precious tissue with over-expansion. There are quite a few medical procedures/tools we can look to for guidance in your case. A simple and safe way to induce labor involves a Foley catheter being inserted into the cervix and inflating the bulb, the goal is for the dilation of the cervix to kickstart the labor. Then there’s another tool we can look to, commonly called the Aniball which is a training device used by many pregnant patients that is a balloon inserted vaginally and inflated using a small pump. The device can be inflated quite large to simulate the size of a head. Many patients use such a tool to practice their breathing and pushing and become accustomed to the stretch of labor.

What you’re proposing would require a method drawing from both of these examples. I am sure there would be way to insert a catheter with a larger ballon into one’s cervix which could be slowly inflated, a calculated amount of sterile solution injected daily to gradually allow your uterus to stretch and accommodate larger and larger amounts of fluid until you reach close to full term size. I believe this would be an adequate simulation of pregnancy. You’d feel the same heaviness as the fluid is increased, you’d certainly experience some cramping due to the intrusion in your cervix and the forced expansion of your uterus.

This could be quite the unique experiment! You’d need to be closely monitored throughout the process. I would like to be as close to accurate as possible so I would want to slowly inflate you over the course of eight months, then allow you a month to sit with the fullness and see how your body reacts to such an intrusion. Perhaps, and again this is purely hypothetical, if your body is handling it well I could allow the device to stay in past the nine month mark. Allow you the experience of perpetual pregnancy. I do think it would be in your best interest to stay inpatient, at least in the beginning as we see how your body adjusts. Then perhaps you could be allowed to go home if you return for daily exams. You’d be a medical anomaly, I’m sure countless other doctors would be interested in getting their hands on (and in!) you to see what can be learned from your body. I hope you’re not shy, you’d have many professional visitors coming in to take pictures and measurements, snap on some gloves to examine you themselves. After all, it would be neglectful not to let our experiment benefit scientific understanding as a whole.
