The twins stopped bickering for a moment to peer up at the taller being again. Noel tilted his head to the side, Hollie studied her with interest. Then, Noel spoke up once more. 

“Sorry about that– we see lots of demons who are taller than us, but you’re different. You have quite the look! And that’s not a bad thing.” 

She just looks very much uncomfortable with the other pointing out her height but she forces a smile at them.

“I run an assassintion-bounty business.” Von explained, “I need someone that’s good with client calls and bookkeeping. I have someone that collects information on targets, but I need someone that can work with clients. Sound like something you would be interested in?”

She seems to think, taken in what the other is asking of her then going to lean back in her seat, crossing her arms at the other.

 She just tries to force herself to keep a poker face at the other.

Von walked into the little office and looked around; then finally to the woman behind the desk. Snacks trotted in behind him as he held onto the older demon’s tail. Snacks didn’t want to get lost after all.

“Yeah, actually.” Von spoke, “Heard you’re looking for a job.”

Oh, she stops what she was doing, seeming to eye the two but nods points to a seat, then fixing her sleeves and smile at the other.

Alastor could tell she wanted this to be over with quickly – excellent! So did he! So, they’d just speed through the pleasantries, get their business sorted, and both be on their merry ways.

“ Evening, sweetheart! A pleasure to be meeting you. Why don’t you tell me a bit about your client? ”

She is going to try and not to make eye contact with the other, clicking her pen, trying to hide the annoyance at being called sweetheart.
