*you will need: A tarot card that represents your wish, one white candle, a piece of clear quartz, white yarn or string.

This method can be used when you are out in nature, or if you are near your alter.

⭐ If you are at your alter, light your incense to represent air, use some soil or herbs to represent earth, have a little water in a chalice (any containers will do) to represent water and finally light a candle to represent fire. Now give about a minute to each element and ask them to protect your circle of casting, you can say this out loud or in your head. You cab use your own words or you can use these:

“I call on the power of air to protect my circle”

“I call on the power of fire to protect my circle”

“I call on the power of earth to protect my circle”

“I call on the power of water to protect my circle”

Now walk in a circle 3 times around the area you want the elements to protect, and now you are ready to work your magic.

The steps for casting out in nature is the same, if you have non of your tools with you all the elements used to cast this circle are natural. Try and find somewhere near water (a puddle will do!) And use the sun for the element of fire (Never look directly into the sun)

What You’ll Need

A mug

Milk

Vanilla extract

Honey

A tablespoon

Steps

Pour the milk into the mug and pop it into the microwave. I usually do mine for 1m 30s but it really depends on how hot you want it/how much milk there is

Once that’s done, put a drop of vanilla extract in (This stuff is strong so I really suggest being careful not to put to much)

Pour the honey into your spoon and then drizzle it into your milk slowly. Focus your intent as you do so

Once it’s all in, combine everything by stirring clockwise until the honey has dissolved
