Last year @mellie_dunn graduated, the year before @tweakysundew337! This year @kapono_dunn completes 8th grade! The Van Hoosen Middle School celebration is today (although finals are next week)! The Dunn kids growing up fast...❤️👦🏻👧🏻👦🏻!

What an Spirit Filled Pentecost Sunday! Morning run - Worship leadership with three of our graduating seniors @louise_koos @emma_gibb2 @kate_gardner27 - An Eagle Scot Court of Honor and over30 people at the Dunn House for one of UPC Youth Families Summer Gatherings with Korean Short Ribs, sausages, hot dogs, fish burgers, salad, veggies, and of course dessert! God is good!

Started the day with my first half marathon 👽great first time finish! Ending my day here in my upgraded suite with jacuzzi tub and double sink and kitchenette and separate living and sleeping space! 👍🏼And now for some 😴😴😴 before tomorrow...

Finished my First Half Marathon 02:06:33 including a needed short stop! The course was cool and the weather great! Thrilled with this running goal- I wanted to finish (primary goal), avoid the med tent, and not be last (run somewhere under 10/mile)!
