[incoming long ask] WOOO CONGRATS EMMY!! as long as it pays good i say! although, working at a bakery seems like a lovely job, its probably super hard to get one. maybe you can do a side hustle! and thank you so much emmy :( you dont know how much those words means to me. i was so stuck on them leaving me because, well, memories. ive made mistakes but im learning from it and hopefully grow from it. but i realized they werent true friends if they didnt stick with me through thick and thin, so i'm decently okay now. i stayed in japan and korea for a total of two weeks! one week in korea and the other in japan! i'll send some photos maybe in another ask :3. no, i saw them in america! no same, i think the only reason why i get updated from songs or whats going on through tiktok. ahh! its okay! i feel like the transition from hs to uni is always crazy. i wanna see the cat :((, whats her name!? i dont know much about cats, so you might have to explain a bit for me! (you can answer in messages LOL) obviously answered like a few months later... i dont remember if it was midterms, most likely was but my second year fall semester was definitely better than my freshman! i made new friends and tried to put myself out there by joining a club! which was hard since im so awkward and shy sometimes... but at least im trying, is what i tell myself! i was a engineering major, but then decided i cant do this LOL so im a geographic and environmental studies! im thinking of double majoring though.. not sure! well see :) somewhat no new updates for me? i met a boy i really really like >.> and i know he likes me so im in that type of situation rn. oh and i dyed my hair! idk if i ever talked about my hairs but ive always dyed my hair a different color every few months or so. but other than that! nothing new :) take care! hopefully ill answer sooner LOL ive been on and off tumblr -n

still working at the same job with no baking job unfortunately :(( I dont think i'll land one at all which suckssssss but the job market is actually so terrible. the number of resumes i see daily where the people have been unemployed since 2023/2024 is crazy and sucks so bad. I feel like i should be grateful that i have a good job that pays pretty well and has amazing benefits but my dream of being a baker is still there haha. i am leaning more towards doing it from home now, but rn i don't have proper space to work nor equipment.
genuinely, friendship breakups are the absolute worst. I am getting to ur message months later so i hope the time has healed you a bit more. from experience, time will heal everything so you'll be okay, and you'll meet better people and friends!

At least here in Canada people have been doing staycations or domestic vacations within the country but I feel like you can't even do that in the US :(( I still hope you were able to have a good summer!
I'll send u pics of my cat in pm! she's a cute little calico/tabby mix. Kind of a little devil too haha she's been acting a little bratty the last month. I joke that it's because my younger sisters home for summer vacation and she doesnt like that lol. she's been really loud and complaining a lot and getting angry easily. probably because she wants to go outside but the air quality has been so bad because of the wildfires up here and we've had heat wave after heat wave. it's just terrible all around over here since June/July. her tiny little cat brain doesn't understand that we're just tryna keep her safe and healthy.
such a cool major! lots of interesting and niche jobs you can get with that too that they don't teach u about in school so you won't have too much competition! Idk about the US but engineering is a very oversaturated market here now. so many students go into it but not many can get a job so I think u did a smart decision switching. If you can do a double major then I highly recommend it! Always good to have a bunch of knowledge behind your back, especially if you don't plan to do a masters immediately after graduating.

i didnt even know day6 was doing a tour LOL I have not kept up with them since they all left for military. but i checked and they didnt come to Canada at all so :// i wouldnt have gone anyway. I've been seeing all the vids on tiktok of the recent concerts here and I am glad I didnt go haha the concert may be good but the stadiums and the experience of leaving and with staff don't sound good. i remember seeing a tiktok of doyoung telling people during the 127 concert here to shower haha so idk if i would've enjoyed that one if even he could smell the stench (tho I think it might have just been people smoking weed lol)
