No, but can we just stop for a second and think about the fact that Tim’s alternate doesn’t attack Brian. If you didn’t know, Dissociative Identity Disorder (or more commonly known as Multiple Personality Disorder) is usually caused when psychological trauma as a child causes them to form a second or multiple personalities to protect themselves. Like, assuming that his D.I.D. was developed as a psychological response to the threat and paranoia of the Operator, the reason he mindlessly attacks people is because his mind is reduced to a “fight or flight” mentality, attacking anyone who could possibly be a threat to him. So why doesn’t he attack Brian? Because his alternate doesn’t see him as a threat. Tim states that Brian “was the first real friend I remember having.” Because Brian was the only person who Tim actually was able to shared a mutually beneficial, healthy, and positive relationship with. Tim’s alternate, who would attack anyone in fear that they would attack him, actually trusted Brian.
