I have phases in a break up. I go bitchy and push everyone anyway then I feel sad and apologize to everyone and then I just work on moving on and trying to stay happy. It’s just who I am.

Well, that's a pretty healthy way to go through a break up. Better than others. I act as if nothing is wrong and I binge on something.. Anything. Like after Drew I would only chew ice for weeks. Like I ate little to no food.. I would only chew ice. And then I said oh nothing is wrong, but at the mention of his name I would snap and freak out about how he meant nothing to me and I'm not even sad.. I'm pretty much a lunatic after a break up..

No no, I'm not saying you don't care, but you're taking it well. Like a lot of people sit in their room and eat ice cream when they go through a break up, but you're strong. You're lucky.
