metabolism boost day🥰 ate a lot of healthy food today and didn’t binge on any unhealthy shit. my body is feeling so good how i wish i could eat like this everyday 🥲🥲
for reference, i didn’t have time to eat breakfast cause i went to school early, i had some sushi, ramen and gyoza for lunch and i just made myself a bowl of blueberry oatmeal. about to make myself a yogurt bowl even though i’m super full cause i’ve been craving it all week and tonight i’ll probably just have some weetabix or veggie burgers for dinner
ok i take it back i feel like shit and full af i hate myself and my life i’ll never accomplish anything
