         confusion  suddenly  turns  into  thrill  when  her  words  hit  him  fully.   he  quickly  tries  to  compose  himself,  as  if  getting  lucky  with  her  bothered  him  or  not.   ❛ consider  me  on  my  best  behavior. ❜  his  eyes  followed  the  fork  momentarily  as  it  pulled  from  the  pie  and  into  her  mouth,  his  own  lips  twitching  into  a  tight  line.  

                              i’m  a NATURAL  PROGRESSION of  the  species.   evolution  is  a  part  of  nature,   and  nature  KILLS.

          he  pauses,  staring  at  her  in  mild  confusion.  it  doesn’t  hit  him  but  he  has  half  the  mind  to  pretend  and  continue  stooping  over  his  coffee.  ❛ what’s  that  supposed  to  mean ??  ❜

          ❛ that  doesn’t  make  any  difference  ----  i  know  some  places  that  would  pay  a  pretty  penny  no  matter  what  you  are. ❜  

         ❛  oh,  i  don’t  know.  i’m  not  one  for  small talk  -----  we  could  talk  about  your  guilty  conscious.  ❜

           ❛  did  someone  shit  in  your  corn  flakes  this  morning  or  are  you  really  this  unhappy  to  see  me ?? ❜
