Into the world of Queer
Lately I've been seeing a lot of LGBTQ+, Bi, Non-binary, or Cis related posts. I wasn't really paying attention before, because I just want to avoid the war, I guess. But lately, it seems like a lot of people are open minded about it and talking about it more frequently. AND I'M INTRIGUED. I'm seeing all these new terms I've never heard before, understanding more about the kinds of genders there are, it's not just a whole gay community like I've imagine before, it's more than that. I'm disappointed at myself for not knowing anything at all. I would like to understand better.
I'm so excited to be here and watch this generation progress into a whole new understanding and acceptance. I can't help but imagine the future it will bring. Couples won't just be a guy or a girl, it can be anybody with anywho, and one day no one will be judging or looking a minute longer. And to be exaggerated, people will have more choices in partners, population might decrease, and world will be much a better place!
As a cis (word I just discovered a few days ago), am I reacting too much in this revelation? Sorry I'm really late or just blind to the news.
