the guy we work with acts like he knows everything. on the first when we were disposing of used IV infusion sets, I looked away for a second and then I see this idiot throwing the whole set (NEEDLE STILL ATTACHED) straight into the biohazard waste bag. I asked him what the hell he was doing and why he hadn't put the tubing in the disinfectant solution and removed the needle separately. he told me "nobody does that". I wanted to kill him. I had to reach in there and detach the needle before the senior nurse saw it.

on top of that, when he puts on regular exam gloves, he walks around holding his hands up like a surgeon about to scrub in 🙌 bro tf you duin

today I was taking a patient on a gurney with my partner to another department for a CT scan, it was a hell of a long way and the stretcher was heavy, so it took us half an hour of wandering through corridors, basements, and elevators to get there. later we picked her up and brought her back, and the doctor told us to pick up her medical chart afterwards.
