Dinner 🍴 🍚🥑🥦🍠 brown rice, avocado, broccolini, asparagus and seasoned sweet potatoes. To make the sweet potatoes I started by peeling and cubing the sweet potato’s. Next in a skillet I heat up a little olive oil and then added the sweet potatoes. I then sprinkled on a little bit on my homemade spice blend (I wish I remembered what it was 😟) and sautéed them until they were tender. To make the broccoli and asparagus I quickly blanched them in boiling salty water for about 1-2min just until tender on the outside.
