if that's not possible, try cross-ventilation. make sure there's a way for wind to enter and somewhere else across the room to exit. enter lower, out to higher opening to be more efficient. you may use fans to aid in that.

shower 4-5 times a day. i know i know! but worry about dry skin another day, not now. a few, with just water to cool you down. make sure you're all dry before you go out or you steam! happened to me 😂. and keep ice packs under your arms, your groin area, and your nape.

utilize the malls. cooling (for us, maybe for you as well) is the main purpose of shopping malls! bring your work to the food court, better option than cafés. we did that in the 90s when we had an energy crisis resulting in rotational power interruptions. some offices transferred to malls' food courts temporarily. we had people sleeping on the fake grass at the fake indoor garden.
