Not  tired .  No ,  sleepy .  The  warm  call  of  shut  eyes  &&  slow  breathing  that  comes  on  a  sunday  morning  when  you’ve  had  your  FILL  of  sleep  but  you  know  you’ve  nowhere  to  be  except  here ——————  underneath  your  duvet .  Sam  makes  a  low  ,  GENTLE  sound  underneath  his  breath  as  he  moves  just  a  little  upon  the mattress  ,  hand  LIFTING  to  wipe  over  his  eyes  -  sunlight  SPILLING  through  partially  opened  eyelids  as  he  shifts  to  greet  the  morning  that  enters  the  window. 

The  kiss  to  his  cheek  is  soft , loving .  Sam’s  lips  curve  SOFTLY  into  a  smile  as  he  feels  the  warmth  of  his  husband  &&  then  makes  another  sound .  An  acknowledgement  this  time ——————     a  reply  while  he’s  not  awake  enough  to  actually  fathom  any  WORDS  or  their  meanings .

Slowly  he  comes  around ,  lifts  his  head  just  a  mite  to  watch  Karter  pointing  out  of  the  window .  AH  ,  the  age  old  tradition  of  them  gossiping  about  their  neighbours .  Sam  lifts  himself  up  onto  one  elbow  &&  arches  his  back  to  work  a  CRACK  out  -  brow  CREASING  against  the  brightness  of  the  sun ,  still  smiling  ——————     already  amused  by  the  antics  that  he  knew  nothing  of  yet .
