Yesterday I was kind of like a Dan Choan short story character because two bad things have recently happened to my family members, one involving serious criminal charges and one involving serious medical discovery, and then I had a dream about something sad happening to a person who I have not been in contact with for awhile and spent the day unable to shake the feeling that something bad had happened to them in real life and feeling very sad for them. I no longer entertain superstitious notions so today I know that this is not a terrible sign that something actually happened to this person, merely a fabrication due to stress.

The internet news said that protein powder has lead in it so now I eat a tofu smoothie.

Got back from our wedding trip to a heatwave, giving the guinea pigs ice to play with. Had a small piece of glass stuck in my foot all yesterday, successfully got it out this morning using beauty tools and epsom salt that my sister gifted us for the wedding. Charlotte needed sleep after all the excitement so she took medicine, she has been snoozing all day instead of her usual waking up at 6 or 7. Kind of reminds me of when we were first dating and she was a little more of a sleepy stoner (but also biked 30 miles everyday). 👰‍♀️👰👰‍♀️👰👰‍♀️👰👰‍♀️👰

Me and my wife bought a used glo gang jacket for $6 and in the pockets we found half of a folded up birth certificate, a White Castle receipt, and an empty weed bag of a guy named Antonio.
