I just found out one of my roommates clocked the fact I have an ed immediately because of my behavioral patterns and idk how I feel about that 😭
Dinner outing with friends on Saturday and I may or may not have influenced them into picking my safe restaurant because my safe meal there is only 350-400 calories so i can still restrict without anyone noticing muahahah

I made spicy cauliflower rice with spinach and its so yummy it is definitely gonna be a heavy rotation meal of mine its so good to increase the volume of a meal without a million calories the whole bowl is 213 calories (the majority comes from the olive oil I used so it has the potential to be way less)
I had to go to dinner with my boyfriends family last night so I went over my calorie limit which is really annoying and I just ended up maintaining but its okay we try again and lock the fuck in today 💔

I honestly think I prefer doing my omad in the morning because I dont feel as tired in the day
Its so hard to restrict when I spend every day with my boyfriend (not a complaint I love and cherish him very much) because we also work at the same place just different departments and we take our breaks together so I cant even lie and tell him that I ate at work so he always makes me eat with him, and he gets really sad when i tell him no and always points out how long it's been since ive eaten last, he knows that im weird about food, but he doesn't really know the extent he just thinks I dont love food as much as he does which is unfortunately untrue I probably enjoy it more than him i just dont want it to control me, I dont want him worrying about it i just wish he wouldn't acknowledge my food intake at all and just let me do my own thing I dont know what to do about it (;´-`)

Locking back in going to try to stay under 1000 calories everyday to ease back in and avoid binging and then ill just progressively lower my intake :P
