Hag stones, also known as Holey Stones or Witch Stones, are stones that have a naturally occurring hole and are usually found near oceans and other bodies of water. They are said to be powerful protection talismans, and when worn or carried they protect the bearer from curses, hexes, negative spirits, and harm. They have also been used to prevent nightmares, being strung on a bedpost or placed underneath pillows. It is also believed that if you peer through the hole of the stone that you can see the Fae Folk and otherworldly entities. If one broke, it is thought to have used its power to protect a life. 

Also, 25mcg an hour is the SMALLEST dose of fentanyl that you can be on (besides the 12.5mcg/hr but I've only ever heard of children and elderly people getting this). I started the fentanyl patch on 50mcg an hour with percocet for break through pain. It had to be adjusted after that but I began on that. Seriously, tell your doctor you're in pain still. Your doc will probably lower the amount of percocet you get and up the dose on the fentanyl patch. But don't be discouraged! The patch gives you a dose every hour and you'll notice you won't need as many oral pain meds this way. It helped me a lot. But if you don't tell your doctor what's going on she can't help you.
