That day there was some sort of political act at Yasukuni Shrine, which as I understood is slightly polemic as it serves as a memorial for japanese soldiers at WWII and not everyone is happy with that. These women were singing and people was tagging along, specially those seating in the front rows who seemed to be veterans. Maybe someone can read the banner and tell what is written?
