I’m getting off my fucking anti depressants I’m so sure that shits making me gain/maintain. Im so fucking exhausted rn, I’ve been doing so much cardio the last couple of days and it’s tiring and I’m still loosing nothing. I’ve been at 179 for over a week, I’m losing nothing but my will to fucking live. Next month I’m gonna do alternate day fasting starting today, I’m fasting all day and then eating tomorrow and then repeat. I’m hoping to lose 12 pounds this month and if it’s not working I might have to fast for like 3-5 days to see if that helps. Honestly I feel like I’ve been binging significantly less but the urge too has been so bad, like fasting really shrinks my stomach but the mental hunger is no joke 😭😭, after a couple bites I’m physically full but the mental hunger is still there. I still have the mental hunger of a 220 pound bitch and idk when that’s gonna leave: but I’m so motivated if I don’t get to my 150 goal by the 1st of may I might actually kms deadass😊😊

Tonight was such an eye opener for me fr, my bf made a comment about how it doesn’t look like I have lost weight and he didn’t notice anything. And I feel like that really hurt me, I think I’ve just been delusional fr. I used to see the difference since I’ve lost 40 pounds but now it just doesn’t feel real anymore. I just feel like I’ve lost 40 pounds and I still look fat to him. I think I’ll always look fat, maybe he’ll notice the weight lose when I lose 70+? I think I’m just realizing how much I’d really have to lose to not look fat and gross and it’s really starting to hit. The only thing that validates me the most is ppl commenting about how much I lost and now I feel like everyone is lying to me. Honestly this gonna motivate me so much to complete my longest fast

Bruh I’m like thirtyish hours into my fast and I weighed myself and my new current weight is 182.6 and I decided to try on a pair pants that I literally couldn’t fit in since I was 17 and now they fit me comfortably ugh I’m so happy, i’ve been maintaining at like 187 all of last week, so this is so good 😭😭😭
