‘Absorbing Natures Light Field’

The earth provides physical nutrients for the body to consume, the trees filter pure oxygen for us to inhale and again the forest offers us light synthases from the sun to cleanse our auric layer; like the moon cleanses a crystal in it’s reflection.

Here is this light absorption, auric cleansing and chakra balancing formula in 4 steps:

Find a place in nature where you can clearly see the tree tops of a forest in the distance.

Make sure that the timing is around sunset or sunrise. Keep in mind this is a bit different from sungazing. You are not looking into the sunlight itself but more a subtle aura being illuminated from the treeline.

When the timing is right you will see a white layer of light just above the treeline. Keep your gaze soft and try not to focus on any one part of the aura but the majority of it in a soft meditative onlooking.

Take rhythmic breaths, slow and timed. Make sure to give thanks for the energy exchange. We live in symbiosis with trees it is a beautiful relationship, kind of like how we exhale carbon dioxide; which is their food and they in turn give us oxygen. The auric layer works the same, our seemingly unclean energy is absorbed by them, while their light field is absorbed by us.
