Glad I ran, not excited with the result, but on the bright side, I walked around my neighborhood with a friend today, so that was something too. 

Exactly! Thank you! If I were running a Teens for Jesus blog, then yes, I would avoid cursing, but since this is my PERSONAL weight loss/fitness blog, I have every intention of being my real self, which includes a few four letter words haha.

My answer to this is 3 fold.

1. It's a lot. There is a space because it is two words. Only stupid people put "alot" because they don't know the difference

2. If you're referring to my use of the word ass, I know plenty of other words for ass. For example: butt, behind, backside, tuchus, rear end, money maker, booty, tush, caboose etc.

but i'm cold and sitting in my big chair SEEMS like its way better than running....
