Another Star Wars sketch! As soon as my friend said "low light" for the next prompt my mind immediately sprang to those martial arts movies where they train against the setting sun.  And because I'm still drawing all things Obi-Wan, this happened.  With Obi-Wan being a practitioner of the Alchaka meditations (as written in the Wild Space novel), I figured it's something he'd pass on to Anakin. So here we have Anakin in the background, sort of spastic still, and Obi-Wan standing on one hand with the ease that comes with years of training.

For the fourth drawing prompt with my friends, “waiting”!  I’m still riding the Star Wars wave, so for this prompt I imagined a Jedi master and padawan (probably a young Obi-Wan and Anakin) waiting in a spaceport near a fussy baby.  The master is all calm and meditating, and the padawan loses his grip on serenity every time he hears the baby wail.  It’s an exercise in patience and compassion (and if you’ve ever been on a long flight sitting near a mother and child, you know what I’m talking about).

My favorite is Neuro from Majin Tantei Nougami Neuro. He’s garbage, but he’s very pretty and extremely high quality garbage.

I don’t really need an excuse to draw Obi-Wan Kenobi, but it was fun to give myself one.

When I was in middle school I had a design for a manticore character that was really outlandish. Here’s an updated version of the design, keeping most of the characteristics of the original.

For prompt 2!  Uuuh I don’t know what this is.  I drew it skinny first, kind of like a greyhound, but then I thought it needed a winter coat, and then it turned into a goat-sheep-horse-dog thing.  With face tentacle-whiskers O_O  Also its hind-quarters look sheered like a poodle’s.  Let’s call this an artist’s equivalent of free-writing?

Mash critters (including humans) together and make a neat thing. Rehashes of existing amalgams is ok (sphinxes, harpies, etc) or something new!

Prompt 1, Dragon! Here’s a cute fatty with sickle-shaped wings, based off of a swift!

Here’s my dragon for the first prompt!  No wings, no fangs, and furry.  This fella is an expert climber, eats giant bugs, and the natives probably domesticated it.
