The sound, or rather, the lack of sound, coming from Sanda's quirk quickly caught Chisaki's attention. He turned around just in time to see Ion Body deactivate itself, and the bleeding to accelerate drastically.
What was unfortunate for Sanda was fortunate for Chisaki. But it also meant the clock on cell degradation was ticking now.
Chisaki grabbed the electrolyte tablets and a protein bar from Sanda's backpack, basically crushed them alongside their packaging with his quirk, and mentally held onto the molecules he needed before crouching down and touching Sanda.
The teen's body was unmade as well.
By brushing his fingers against the carpet, Chisaki got everything caught up in his quirk. Within seconds, he had Sanda reconstructed, the blood relocated inside of him where it belonged, wounds closed, and a minimum of energy injected back into his system. Not all the blood had still been usable, but a decent enough amount of it.
However, Ion Body did not reactive on its own.
Chisaki checked Sanda's pulse with his still-gloved left hand. Although it could be stronger, it was there.
Interesting. It seemed Sanda's quirk had something of an emergency off switch.
Having done what he could for now to deal with both villain and victim, Chisaki pulled out his phone and called Tsutsumi.
Pick up, dammit, he grumbled while touching the wall again to undo the remaining spikes, returning the room to order.
The hives were itching worse than before.
Uuuuhhh ... Chisaki? Tsutsumi responded, sounding sleep(?)-drunk.
Wake up. I need you to get me a hero on the scene.
That fool Odd-Eye preferably. He's in the know.
With his free hand, Chisaki patted down his jacket for a disinfectant spray or wipes. There were none.
Odd-Eye? Wasn't he the one ...?
Yes. I need him at Sanda's house to take a criminal into custody that I have incapacitated.
Chisaki .... How's Sanda?
Handled, Chisaki just replied and hung up.
There was no point in anyone getting emotional over damage he had already fixed. Least of all for Tsutsumi. He needed her to function now, and the fact that she didn't call back within seconds told him she knew that, too.
He sat down on the edge of Sanda's bed to keep watch over his intern and the villain, all the while rubbing at the hives on arm. Half his mind was screaming at him to get the contamination off, but he didn't want to go look for the nearest sink and risk not being there when either of their quirks decided to reactivate on its own and undo all his hard work.
