I literally canβt believe it, this morning I stepped on a scale and I was 102 lbs and my UGW was 105! I weighed myself yesterday and I was 110 so it must have been water weight but OH MY GOD! Iβm so happy this is crazy I did it?? Iβm finally as small as I wanted, now all I need to do is maintain ?? This is honestly euphoric. May 28, 2018 is the day I became the skinny bitch Iβve always wanted to be.

when you feel a craving coming on:
drink a glass or two of water, slowly
have a piece of fruit, like an apple
make some warm herbal tea with natural sweetener
go for a long walk or hike, put your earphones in and clear your head - walk with a friend if youβd prefer

I went on ED twitter and it was so toxic and horrible. Everyone was so mean and literally bullying anyone they didnβt consider βskinny enoughβ like itβs actually disgusting.
