Outer #773- or Nebula is a far copy of Outer!tale that's a bit more hazardous regarding the space environment and a bit more difficult to travel in if you're [player].

Space rocks and chunks of the Rocky cliffs of Nebula's AU regular break off, mend back together slowly, and change often due to gravity and hurtling through space in general. Aurora falls is one of the mostly untouched places, except one small waterfall that flows into the {VOID}, even Nebula doesn't think it's wise to go near such a thing.

Not to mention random changes in Radiation exposure and constantly random rocks hurtling in like tiny meteors to chop your run immediately when [player]'s suit breaks from the impact. Runs in general are constantly on hard mode in this Copy AU, and genocide runs usually never make it out of the Ruins.

Due to how hazardous Copy #773 is, Undyne Did not hesitate to Make Papyrus a Royal Guard when he revealed his magic senses could be used for hazard avoidance, as that's how he uses his magic mostly.

Outer Sans himself, Nebula, is much more docile- if a bit silly and aloof. He's quite the imagination Wanderer, not to mention Papyrus is actually his twin in this Verse. Papyrus likes to keep an eye on sans, not being any overprotective.. But Sans sometimes stays out too long without his jacket, only his sweater and gloves, often leaving him with a cold rattling his bones.

Papyrus has 2 jobs (cook and official Royal Guard), and is actually an entrepreneur in making and selling stardust to other AUs, though he finds his brother's Stardust has much more depth to it. CopyVerse Outertale #773 is fully functioning outside of It's AU, and most monsters have actually moved out from their hostile space world to live in the omega timelines or other Outertale copies that are empty but less hazardous.

Nebula has had about three near miss chances with Death, his bones are stained with Stardust as a consequence. Not just his skull, but all over his bones. An encounter with a rogue island crushing, an encounter with somehow almost drowning in Aurora falls, and An actual near miss with Death- CopyVerse Reaper Sans- whom he'd almost bumped into.
