When I am not an eldritch god of darkness and despair, I am a terminally cringe person, avid reader, let's play connoiseur, listener of various podcasts and part time full time high school student.

I have transcended the concept of pronouns, but you may use he/him if you must.

I am currently looking for followers with whom I can plot total world domination. @kittysluvforfics need not apply. @tom000 MUST apply.

Amongst my various interests are: The Magnus Archives, lists, SCP content, Souls-likes (in a purely voyeuristic capacity), lists, TTRPGs (also in a purely voyeuristic capacity), lists, writing and basically any novel written by Brandon Sanderson. Oh, and did I mention lists?

I play the piano, though not very well, and the guitar, though not very well, and the alto recorder, which I have been told is not a real instrument

I am currently incrementally writing an objectively bad piece of fiction in tumblr posts, which can be under #king of hands (yes, I should probably go to AO3 or Wattpad, but I refuse)

Main cast:

Jackson Reid: Jackson is our Jon Sims analogue, an archivist who joins the magnus institute following the disappearance of the previous archivist, George Schoeman. Like Jon, he is gradually drawn into the Eye by recording statements, though Jackson uses his phone to make digitise statements instead of tape recorders. Also unlike Jon, Jackson immediately suspects the existence of the supernatural and does not try to rationally explain the statements he records.

In the Fearscape, Jackson's Domain is the Endless Archive, a sprawling labyrinth of book-lined walls filled with people searching for answers they cannot find or do not want to find. This Domain feeds of the fear of ignorance, having questions but being unable to find answers.

Julia Wright: Julia is a snarky, sarcastic person who hides deep insecurities. A run-in with an online Avatar of the Flesh has left her with a severe fixation on her own physical appearance and a desire to be 'perfect'. Additionally, her work at the magnus institute has opened her up to the Eye's influence.

In the Fearscape, her Domain is the Constance Torsion Academy of Fine Arts. In the Domain, dancers, musicians, gymnasts and others practise their craft in front of a crowd of silent observers, driven to alter and destroy their own bodies to best the twisted monsters that always seem to outperform them. This Domain feeds on the fears of having your shortcomings be witnessed by others, always having someone else be better than you and being forced to destroy you own body to excell at what you love.

Theo Grey: Theo is an intolerable loudmouth who is almost universally disliked by his co-workers. Despite his unpleasant personality, Theo struggles heavily with depression, and his experiences growing up in a Dark-worshiping cult has left him scarred and very afraid of the dark. Like Julia, Theo's work at the Magnus Institute has also opened him up to the Eye's influence.

In the Fearscape, Theo's Domain is The Eyes in the Dark, a series of dark, empty rooms whose occupants are struck by a constant, pervasive feeling of being watched. This Domain feeds not exactly on the fear of the dark, but the fear of not being alone in the dark.

Tristan de Vries: Tristan is *the* IT guy for the Institute, fighting an endless uphill battle with the Institute's outdated tech in a fruitless attempt to modernise the system. His obsession with modernisation eventually leads to him going insane and trying to integrate himself into the system in an attempt to upgrade it.

Tristan's Domain in the Fearscape is The Obsolescence, a dark hellscape filled with old, broken tech and victims mangled and augmented with machinery in an attempt to prevent themselves from become useless or outdated.

Elayne Morrow: Elayne is a quiet, withdrawn person who was affected by the Corruption through a past toxic relationship with Maximilian Roark. In the present day, she is a quiet, pale person with hot, clammy skin and a breath that smells sweetly of rot and decay. She enters into a brief, unstable relationship with Jackson until he becomes privy to her nature and breaks up with her.

In the Fearscape, her Domain is The Unwell Home, an apartment complex where toxic telationships flourish in every unit, and where any attempts to break things off result in the victims growing gradually weaker and more ill. The Domain feeds off of the fear of toxic, unbearable relationship and the fear that one might grow to depend on your abuser.

Athens Munroe: Athens is a young stage and TV actor who opens himself up to the Slaughter's influence through purchasing an antique sacrificial dagger. He becomes a fugitive after massacring his co-stars during a production and gradually becomes sullen and depressed as the Slaughter tightens its clutches on him.

Instead of Jonathan Sims, we have Jackson Reid, a fledging Archivist who is drawn into the Eye throw his work by the Magnus Archives recording statements on his phone. He is accompanied by Julia Wright, later an Avatar of the Flesh and the Eye, Theo Grey, later an Avatar of the Dark and the Eye, Tristan de Vries, an eventual Avatar of the Extinction, Elayne Morrow, who has been affected by the Corruption, and Athens Munroe, a breakout actor connected to the Slaughter.

In this AU, the Change is brought about by Oliver Carlisle, also called the Lamb, a serial killer and Avatar of the Slaughter who brings about the apocalypse through a ritual called The Portrait of Massacre, which involves him killing large amount of random victims, including Avatars of the other Powers, and arranging them in a massive display of mutilated flesh.
